After loading, the editor contains a query with a WHERE line ready to edit. Change it, press Run (or Ctrl/Cmd + Enter), check the rows, then Download. The download contains every matching row, not just the ones on screen.

LIKE ignores upper/lower case for ordinary letters; % means "anything".

Number range

WHERE amount BETWEEN 100 AND 500

Date range

WHERE order_date >= '2025-01-01' AND order_date < '2025-04-01'

This works when dates are written year-first (2025-01-31). For day-first dates like 31/01/2025, rebuild them first: substr(d,7,4) || '-' || substr(d,4,2) || '-' || substr(d,1,2).

Empty cells

WHERE email = '' OR email IS NULL

Combine conditions

Frequently asked questions

Does filtering change my original file?

No. Your file is only read; the filtered rows are downloaded as a new file.

Can I also keep only some columns?

Yes: replace SELECT * with the list of columns you want, separated by commas.

The column name has spaces or accents. How do I write it?

Column names are cleaned when the file is loaded (spaces become underscores, accents are removed). Use the names shown above the editor.
